1. Who we are

StartofSell (“we”) is an e-commerce consulting and account management business based in Wiesbaden, Germany. We manage online sales channels and advertising accounts (including Google Ads) for the e-commerce brands in our portfolio. 2. Data we process through this website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes standard server log data (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) for technical operation and security. If you contact us through a form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide (name, e-mail address, message) solely to respond to your request. We do not sell website visitor data.

3. Google API Services (Google Ads data)

We operate an internal reporting tool that accesses Google Ads data of the advertising accounts linked under our Google Ads manager account, via the official Google Ads API, after authorization through Google Sign-In (OAuth).

  • What we access: campaign, ad group, keyword and search term performance data of the accounts we manage.
  • Why: internal weekly reporting, budget monitoring and performance analysis for those accounts.
  • Who can see it: our own team and the respective account owners only. The data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising purposes outside the managed accounts.
  • Storage: reports are stored on our local systems and retained only as long as needed for account management.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. 5. Data security and retention

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data. Access credentials for the systems we manage are stored in restricted locations and are not shared. Personal data is deleted when it is no longer required for the purposes described above or when you validly request deletion.
